Opened 31.12.12 by Thomas Stewart as part of complex including furniture shop and billiard hall. Architect was Alan L Goodwin. Sold to Lucas's. Renovated, renamed, 16.1.43. Closed 27.9.47. Frontage was still visible in 1984. Now demolished.
